Mariana and partner Heather Olver beat USA pair Obanana and Lee in straight sets to boost their chances of gaining a place at the 2012 Olympic Games. Mariana who is also a Unipart sports ambassador said " We were very wary of the strong attacking presence of the Americans today so I think tactically we had the correct game plan. It is great to come here and win so early in the New Year and we have been putting a lot of hard work in at home so it’s nice to see it paying off” Everybody at Forza and Unipart would like to congratulate Maz on her excellent performance.
